In Home and Community Support, LLC was founded by Jacob Brodie. Jacob saw a need for quality services and decided to make a difference.

Jacob graduated from Unity College in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Conservation Law Enforcement and a minor in psychology. Jacob also has a master’s degree from Walden University in Psychology and is also working on his master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

 Jacob was a Supports Coordinator working with people who have intellectual disabilities. He also was a Secure Detention Counselor working with a wide range of individuals including those with special needs.  These jobs helped Jacob realize his true passion, helping people with intellectual disabilities.

In his free time, Jacob enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Jacob is an avid outdoorsman enjoying camping, hiking, and snowboarding.
